Accreditation and certification require an on-site evaluation by the Joint Commission. The evaluation assesses compliance with the Joint Commission standards and verifies improvement activities. I feel that I was treated very well. Therapy was handled very professionally and consistant, every therapist seem to work with the others. Medicine was prompt and given as needed. Food was pretty good. All in all I rate my stay with an A+.

My aunt that I have provided care for 20 years was admitted to Parkside for rehab. It was a wonderful experience for us. Started out some slow at first. My aunt has been in other rehabs over the last 10 years, but the therapists at the Parkside facility are the best that we have experienced. We loved my aunts nurse Joy. She always seemed to care about all of her patients. The food is a work in progress but not the worse that we have had. The social workers at Parkside are the best bar none. Brandi is very knowledgeable in what she does and always had a kind and encouraging word to offer to us. She seems to really know how to communicate with others. She was there any time that me or my aunt needed to speak to her and if she wasn't available, the other social worker Heather was there to pick right up. I hope we never have to go back into a rehab but if we do, it will be Parkside.

I recently spent 5 weeks in your facility. I can not say enough good about my experience there. The entire staff including the physical therapist were terrific. May a please reconigize especially Ms. Renee on the first shift. Such a compassionate nurse. Ms.Valerie on the third shift. I always was treated so kindly when she had to wake me at 2:00 in the morning. Ms. Casey and Ms. Lisa were a pleasure to work with in therapy. Two different personalities. John became my friend. Mr. Serious. I forget her name but the young lady that helped with my hygiene was so professional in the way she did her job.Thank you to all that helped me. Hugh

A good friend of mine spent over 3 months at Parkside. I went to visit him about 3 to 4 times a week. I was very impressed with the

Parkside has been wonderful, after 3 weeks in the hospital my dad was very happy to be at Parkside. Their physical therapist, concierge, nurses etc are wonderful! They’re sweet and attentive, they also make good tea 😉 which you know is important to us southerners and def makes dad happy and they also have my dads fave tv channels like MeTV and Grit, all of which makes him feel more at home, calm and safe. The physical therapists are fantastic and if your loved one needs rehab/physical therapy after an illness I highly recommend them. They’re so positive and motivating not harsh or overbearing. They’re genuinely encouraging and know how to really help the patient improve.

Both of my parents are at Parkside. My family is grateful for the care they are getting. They are in the same room together and both doing good. The staff are all caring and they are like family. They call me with any new information and I can contact the staff if I have questions. I'm thankful that my parents are at Parkside. It is has certainly made a huge difference with my parents.
